  We've had a history of being disappointed at this store. We finally got a clue and refuse to do business with them any longer. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FURNITURE INSURANCE. We purchased it on several items because we were told it covered everything, no questions asked. A few months after purchasing our sectional, the cup holders just disappeared. We think our toddler threw them in the garbage, while in her garbage phase...to make a long story short, they said it was considered theft and wasn't covered. Theft?? We also called on several other things: parts falling off of things, frames of recliners bent, etc. They couldn't find proof that we owned any of the pieces, or that we had insurance, and after dozens of phone calls, they wouldn't cover ANYTHING. Many more issues than the ones listed, plain and simple, BUYER BEWARE.
